ESMTB (regular or student) members gain a discount of 50 Euros in their registration fee.
To get the discount, please send us your membership number (or any other proof) with your registration.
We invite the particpants to AUTOMATA and SOLSTICE to become a member of the ESMTB as the membership cost will be decuded from the conference fee. Please visit the ESMTB website to join the society.

  • Automata and Solstice package registration fees includes a copy of conference proceedings, lunches and coffee breaks from June 14th to June 18th and Automata reception on June 14th.
  • Automata only registration fee includes a copy of conference proceedings, lunches and coffee breaks from June 14th to June 16th and the Automata welcome reception.
  • Solstice only registration fee includes a copy of conference proceedings, lunches and coffee breaks from June 16th to June 18th.

To obtain the benefit of advance online registration, please complete your payment by credit card or bank transfer by May 30th, 2010.

Payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card (only MasterCard and Visa) or Purchase Order for French academics only. A bank transfer charge has to be paid by the registrant. Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until full payment is received. Attendees will receive the document "Invoice, Registration and Payment Confirmation" by mail or at the registration desk of Automata and Solstice.

Note that each paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors. All conference attendees, including authors and session chairpersons, must pay the conference registration fee. Each registration fee is attached to a maximum of two papers. For authors who are presenting more than two papers an additional registration fee must be paid.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Registration Management. We will send conference documentations to those who cannot come, after the conference. No cancellation will be accepted after June 8.

Grants

Financial help to students and researchers will be granted on request.
